Gaspar Jess Melchor Flores Magn was a Mexican politician, journalist, and jurist. The more moderate middle brother of Ricardo and Enrique Flores Magn, he served in the cabinet of Francisco I. Madero.

Jess Flores Magn was born in San Jernimo Tecatl in the state of Oaxaca in 1871, to Margarita Magn and Teodoro Flores, a Nahau who had fought in Benito Jurezs Liberal Army. At an early age the family relocated to Mexico City.
